How does HEAT fit?
Our pieces are made with stretchy fabric and are designed to fit close to the body. Check our Size Guide for measurements, or message us on Instagram @madebyheatt if you're between sizes.
Does a set include the top and the shorts?
Yes. Each SUPERSTAR set comes with the top and the shorts, both in the size you choose. The Essence short is sold on its own.
How can I pay?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout on devices that support them.
Where do you ship?
We offer free local delivery. We also ship across the United States ($6 USD flat rate, free over $70 USD) and Mexico ($150 MXN standard or $195 MXN express, free standard shipping over $1,500 MXN).
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders ship in 2–7 business days, and most ship sooner. After that, Standard takes 3–5 business days and Express (Mexico) takes 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as your order is on its way. For local delivery, we'll message you to set a time.
How does local delivery work?
After you place your order, we'll message you to arrange a time and place for your delivery. It's free.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order. Size exchanges are free, and if you choose store credit for a return, we add a 10% bonus. See our Return Policy for details.
How do I care for my HEAT pieces?
Cool wash separately (30°C), cool tumble dry and cool iron. Do not dry clean or bleach.
