Return Policy
We want you to love your HEAT pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Size exchanges (free)
- Not the right fit? Request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Size exchanges are free. We cover the shipping on your exchange.
- Local delivery: we’ll do your exchange in person at no cost.
- Exchanges depend on availability. If your size isn’t in stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund instead.
Returns: store credit or refund
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Store credit (+10% bonus): choose store credit and we’ll add a 10% bonus to the amount you paid for the item (shipping not included). It’s added to your HEAT account once we receive and inspect your return. Sign in with the email from your order to use it on your next purchase.
- Refund: refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return, usually within 7 business days.
- For returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping fees are not refunded. Local orders can be returned in person at no cost.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Just message us on Instagram @madebyheatt or email contact@madebyheat.com with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. We cover the return shipping in this case.
